What Is ALUCOBOND?
Alucobond is an aluminium composite panel, two thin aluminium sheets bonded around a lightweight core. It’s rigid, flat, lightweight, and available in a wide range of colours and finishes, which makes it popular for building facades, architectural cladding, shopfront signage, channel lettering, and interior fit-outs.
The composite construction is also what makes it worth cutting carefully. Mechanical saws and routers can chip the aluminium face or cause the layers to separate at the cut edge. Waterjet cutting applies no mechanical force and no heat, so the panel cuts cleanly without delamination.

What thicknesses of Alucobond can you cut?
We cut all standard ACM panel thicknesses, including 3mm, 4mm, and 6mm.
