How we repair earthmoving attachments
Every repair starts with a proper assessment — checking for cracks, wear on the cutting edge, and the overall condition of the bucket or attachment. Once we know what we’re dealing with, the attachment is thoroughly cleaned to remove dirt, debris, and material buildup before any welding begins.
Repairs are carried out using flux core MIG welding wire, with LPG pre-heating and hardfacing applied where it counts — on cutting edges, wear strips, and other high-wear areas. Worn cutting edges are replaced rather than patched, and any structural cracks are fully welded to restore the attachment’s strength.
