We assess every bucket before quoting, then clean, weld, and hardface as needed using grade 350 mild steel, BIS 80-grade plate, and 400/450/500 grade hardwearing steel liners — all Australian-supplied.

Excavator bucket repair FAQs
Can you repair a bucket that's been cracked or bent?
Yes — cracks are fully welded after the damaged area is cleaned and prepared, and bent components are assessed and either straightened or replaced depending on severity.
Do you replace worn cutting edges, or just patch them?
Worn cutting edges are replaced rather than patched, to make sure the repair holds up under load.
How do I get my bucket to you?
Drop it off at our Ravenhall workshop or arrange freight — we don't offer onsite repairs, all work is done at the workshop.
