Standard flooring tools cut in straight lines. Waterjet cutting works from a digital file, which means any shape — a company logo, a geometric pattern, a wayfinding arrow, a decorative border — can be cut accurately into vinyl sheet flooring and then installed as a seamless inlay.
The cold cutting process doesn’t melt or distort the vinyl, and the precision of the CNC-controlled cut means pieces from different vinyl colours fit together cleanly, with consistent gap widths throughout the pattern.
