How we repair a push blade
Push blades take a lot of direct wear from constant contact with material being moved. We assess the blade for wear on the cutting edge and any cracking or distortion in the blade body, then clean, weld, and hardface as needed to bring it back to a serviceable condition.
Worn or damaged cutting edges are replaced where needed, and we use the same hardwearing steel grades across this repair as we do on bucket cutting edges, so the finished blade holds up under the same conditions.
