Our laser cutting service is focused on one thing: Steel sheet and plate, cut accurately and efficiently. It’s a fast, CNC-controlled process suited to flat steel components, brackets, plates, and custom profiles cut from your file or drawing.
This service covers mild steel sheet only — it does not extend to stainless steel, aluminium, or other metals. If your job calls for one of those materials, talk to us about whether our Waterjet cutting service is the better fit.

What materials can you laser cut?
Steel sheet metal only. We don't currently offer laser cutting for stainless steel, aluminium, or any other metal.
Can you laser cut stainless steel or aluminium?
Not at this time — our laser cutting service is limited to mild steel sheet. For other metals, get in touch and we can discuss whether another service suits your job.
Do I need a file, or can I send a sketch?
A DXF or DWG file is ideal, but if you don't have one, describe what you need and we'll help work it out.
How is laser cutting different from your waterjet cutting service?
The main difference between laser cutting and waterjet cutting is that laser cutting uses heat to cut through material, whereas waterjet cutting is a cold cutting process that uses high-pressure water (often mixed with abrasive). Laser cutting is primarily suited for metals and some non-metal materials, while waterjet cutting can cut virtually any material, including metals, stone, glass, rubber, plastics, ceramics, composites, and more.
