Custom steel fabrication, start to finish
Every fabrication job starts with your drawings, or with a design we work through with you. From there, our team handles marking out, cutting, bending, rolling, and forming, before moving into grinding, drilling and tapping, tack welding, and final structural welding.
We work in mild steel (250 grade and above), hardwearing steel up to 500 grade, stainless steel — including marine grade and food grade — and aluminium, supplied as flat bar, round bar, square bar, angle iron, box tube (RHS/SHS), round tube, pipe, plate, or sheet.

What materials can you fabricate with?
Mild steel, hardwearing steel up to 500 grade, stainless steel (including marine and food grade), and aluminium.
Can you finish the steel for me, or do I need to organise that separately?
We can arrange hot dip galvanising, powder coating, sandblasting and 2-pac painting, or leave it raw in blue primer — let us know what you need when you quote.
Do I need a file, or can I send a sketch?
No — if you don't have detailed plans, describe what you need and we'll work through the design with you.
Can you fabricate a one-off custom piece, or only larger production runs?
Both. We take on one-off custom jobs and repeat production runs on the same equipment.
